Dr. Stevens and his dedicated team are focused on providing high quality, hands on holistic health care.
Who We Are
Dr. Stevens is a board certified osteopathic family physician who practices integrative, holistic health care.
We offer personalized, holistic medical care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Stevens provides both acute and chronic medical care.
We do offer additional services including:
-Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)/Joint Injections/Dry Needling/Trigger Point Injections, PRP injections, etc.
-MED-SPA program is available to anyone, but these treatments are not covered by insurance, which include the vampire facial, micro-needling, 40K Ultrasound therapy, Radiofrequency treatments, and light therapy treatments.
To join our practice, we require a face to face office visit, that is free of charge, first. Please call to make an appointment.
We take most insurances, however insurance is not required to be a patient.
